Resources for general practice staff (clinical and non-clinical staff)
The Framework for Continuing Improvement in Refugee Health identifies Communication; Coordination and Management; and Clinical Care as key components in the delivery of accessible and appropriate health care to people from refugee backgrounds, including people seeking asylum, in general practice.
The whole of practice team have a role to play and there are many available supports, tools and resources.

*The Refugee Health General Practice Engagement Tools were developed and trialled in partnership with the Victorian Refugee Health Network, ISIS Primary Care and EACH Social and Community Health in 2015-16 . The Tools are based on academic literature; consultation of key stakeholders, including those with community perspectives; and the expertise of the Project Team and the Project Advisory Group.
