The Victorian Department of Health is undertaking a common data set project that would streamline data reporting required of Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV), strengthening the state’s oral health program accountability and service planning.
This document provides provide a common set of concepts, data elements and edit/validation rules which define the basis of data collection and reporting requirements to the Dental Health Program for various stakeholders, including DHSV staff and public dental services in Victoria.
