Settlement Health Coordinator Pilot

The 2016-17 Victorian state budget provided funding over four years for additional health and human services to support rising refugee settlement in  response to the Middle Eastern refugee crisis. This included funding to co-locate Refugee Health Nurses with settlement services to provide health and community services orientation, triage and referral for new arrivals.

This page will house key documents that will inform the development of the model and will provide intermittent updates about the progress of the pilot.
