Dr Linny Phuong is a paediatric infectious diseases physician based in Melbourne and the founder and Chair of The Water Well Project, a health literacy charity that delivers health education to communities from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds across Australia. She works clinically across metropolitan hospitals and has a strong interest in health equity and culturally responsive care.
Linny is actively involved in teaching and advocacy, contributing to research, policy discussions, and public health communication to support better health outcomes for diverse communities. Through her clinical and research work, community leadership, and media engagement, she is committed to strengthening collaboration between healthcare services and communities to promote equitable access, experience and outcomes.
