Melanie Block

Melanie leads a refugee and asylum seeker health program at community health service cohealth . She has over 20 years working in community health prioritising access, interdisciplinary and trauma informed care. 

Melanie continues to work clinically as a physiotherapist and has a special interest in working with people who experience pain and trauma, a topic she had developed and delivered training on. 

Melanie has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Public Health.
