Spase is an experienced project worker and facilitator in organisational cultural competence, health literacy and language services at Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health.

He has over 30 years’ experience improving migrant communities’ access to, and engagement with, health and human services. Spase started in casework and community engagement working for Migrant Resource Centres in Melbourne’s west. He has worked in mental health and community health in ethnic diversity, equity and inclusion roles.
