Life! Program

The Life! program is a free type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke prevention program that is funded by the Victorian Government and managed by Diabetes Victoria. The program is delivered in English, Arabic, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
