Jessica Bishop

Jessica is Manager of Sector Capacity Building at the Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture (Foundation House), where she leads teams that support professionals across education, early years, health, higher education, and rural and regional settings to better respond to the needs of people of refugee backgrounds. With more than 20 years’ experience in Melbourne’s multicultural and settlement sectors, Jessica is committed to strengthening equitable access and high-quality services for individuals, families, and communities from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds. She previously served as CEO of Migrant Information Centre (Eastern Melbourne) and has led teams The Social Studio and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
