Lentara UnitingCare Asylum Seeker Project works with asylum seekers living in the community while they await the outcome of their claims for protection.
Their services include:
- Professional casework support;
- Housing;
- A Basic Living Allowance;
- Assistance with utilities;
- Limited material aid;
- Specific support groups; and
- Individual and systemic advocacy and research.
